Twists Timing:

1-4       Appel to PP and Walk

5&       Volta

6,7       Heel Turn

8&       Volta

9,10     Heel Turn

11&     Volt

Paso Doble choreography from December 4, 2013:

Begin with leader facing Wall. Keep pelvis tucked forward and chest lifted.

  1. Chasse to R: 4 counts down in PP shape, 4 counts up with CPP shape
  2. Drag
  3. Sur Place, turning ¼ to L to face LOD
  4. Separation (8 counts)
  5. Syncopated Separation (1-8, a1a2, 3&4, 5-8, 12&34)
    Restart with Drag.

Do not close the feet completely on the Tipsy.

Review Gold Tango, except Five Step

Gold Waltz: Figures 21-25

Beginner Waltz: Figures 1-14 (New: Outside Change to PP [fig12])

Review Tango: Groups 1-4

Review Full Bronze Quickstep, Rumba, Cha Cha

Samba:

  1. Review figures 1-6
  2. Two Whisks, ending in PP
  3. Figures 13-17
  4. Two Whisks
    Restart routine.

Silver Quickstep: Review full routine

Silver Tango: Add Tap to PP, Back Open Promenade and Back Corte

Three Line Figures: Back Open Promenade ends with a Challenge Line on step 3 and Back Check on step 4; Back Corte begins with a Drag

Jive: Add Windmill after Simple Spins

Full Silver Rumba: Counts 4.1 are a slow, but treat that step as two quicks: Get on the foot on the first Q, then ooze body action on the second Q.

Cha Cha: Review leader’s chasse variations

Newcomer Waltz: Review Natural Spin Turn and 4-6 of Reverse Turn

New Quickstep corner group: Natural Spin Turn (SQQ SSS) and Progressive Chasse (SQQS)

Tango: Groups one and two around room

Rumba/Cha Cha:

Begin in Open Position
