Thank you so much for sharing awesome information week after week. I read everything in awe. Your pointers especially on technique remind me of how little we know about even very basic steps. Your students are so lucky to have you there.
I am so fortunate to live in the DC metro area where I have regular exposure to the best in DanceSport and to Dan Calloway, who as a teacher, is simply the BEST!
Dan does a wonderful job and the class atmosphere is great! Class time should be extended to two hours!
I can unequivocally say that you were one of my favorite people whom I met during my time at Georgetown. I looked forward to your lessons each week. Thank you for continuing to inspire. It wouldn't have been ballroom without you.
Most people have to decide between First Class or Coach...when you're a First Class Coach, you don't have to decide.

you are the BEST coach for dancing I've ever seen!

Nice website Dan! I have many fond memories of learning about ballroom dancing from you. Unlike many instructors, I can always understand what you are talking about! Thanks for all your wisdom.
We loved all your fabulous classes. You were born to be a dancer and a teacher!

Thank you so much for being such an amazing coach over the last four years. I look forward to every Wednesday because each class with you is such a blast. While I definitely plan on continuing dancing once I graduate, classes won't be the same without you. You're the best and I'll miss you dearly!

I always appreciate that you encourage students to advance and work harder, while ensuring them that they are good enough for advancement... THANK YOU for being such an awesome dance teacher and for supporting me throughout the years. I hope to continue taking classes with you for many more years to come.
I loved watching these! Dan is the best coach there is - many of you already know this; if you don't, and you want to dance, you can't do any better.
I first met Dan Calloway when I was in college, and Dan was regularly instructing college students at various festivals and workshops across the East Coast. While I admit that we, as college students, got excited about pretty much anything related to ballroom dancing, few things got us more pumped up than a lesson from Dan. Dan is, to this day almost 20 years later, the clearest instructor I've ever come across. I still remember some of the key points he taught me. The funny thing is that I think we enjoyed him so much that we were all...
Simply the best teacher in my opinion!

Dan is AMAZING! I am in love with Ballroom dancing because of him. He is truly a gem and inspires many dancers at Maryland.
I have worked with many executives in a large corporation, but none of them had the class you possess. Thank you so much for bringing your work ethic and professionalism to our event. I am thankful to have you on our team.
Most all instructors we have encountered at USA Dance events have been very good. But Dan was exceptional. Dan was gifted and comfortable at emphasizing floor-craft, safety, enjoyment experience, core technique, etiquette, summarizing and addressing widespread deficiencies, and fielding questions, as well as quickly teaching a new sequence of moves.

I again enjoyed working with you at the Heartland Classic. My job is made easier by your expert "Chairmanship" and guidance. Congratulations on the expansion of the Washington Open to three days! I am looking forward to working with you again at upcoming events!
My love for dancing has truly blossomed under your structured and engaging lessons.
Thank you for inviting me to participate in the Washington Open. Your guidance and generosity have afforded me many opportunities I otherwise would not have had. Please know that I have the utmost respect and admiration for you and know anything I achieve in this business will be largely attributable to you. Working with you feels like one continuous lucky break!
