  1. Review NST, 4-6 Reverse Turn, Reverse Turn, Whisk, Chasse from PP
  2. Rise and Fall

Quickstep

Review NST, Progressive Chasse, Chasse Reverse Turn, Prog Chasse, Forward Lock

Tango

  1. Review Groups 1-3
  2. Alternate between aggressive figures (Link, Promenade figures) and subtle figures (Rocking actions)
  3. Lady must commit to her head turns to and from promenade position.

Rumba/Cha Cha: Review through Natural Top

Jive: Mooch and Jive Walks

Intermediate

Waltz

At corners: NST and Turning Lock (1&23). Lock may end in PP, to be followed by Chasse from PP

Foxtrot: Review Telemark and Feather group

Promenade Position is led by “leaving” her. Closing from PP is led by discrepant body speeds: He slows down so she can pass him to close her body to his.

Rumba/Cha Cha: Review Silver choreography. Add Slip, Hip Twist and Ronde Close chasses to man’s part.
